Interoperability
📝 We are happy to announce that we have received valuable feedback on the Enterprise Ethereum Alliance Distributed Ledger Technologies (DLT) Interoperability Specification draft. We are very grateful for the review contributions from Luke Riley, Thomas Hardjono, Cosimo Bassi, and Roberto (Rob) Durscki, as well as the valuable feedback from the SODA-MIT Working Group co-chaired by Chris Ostrowski! The public review period has now ended. The next step is for us to address the editorial and request for change items with our working group members. This work will take place until August 2024 with an expected official publication date for the specification in September 2024.
🎉𝐆𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭 𝐧𝐞𝐰𝐬 - Crosschain DvP between HQLAᵡ (built on R3 Corda) and Fnality International Payment System (built on Enterprise Ethereum). As per the article, "interoperability is enabled through the Fnality Atomic Settlement Protocol (ASP), which uses Enterprise Ethereum Alliance (EEA) standards."
As the co-chair of the EEA DLT Interoperability Working Group, QualitaX has co-authored the EEA DLT Interoperability specification alongside our colleagues Weijia Zhang, Wanchain and Marelize Kriel, Adhara with the contribution of many great minds such as Peter Robinson, Ermyas Abebe, Ph.D., Susumu Toriumi at Datachain, Inc., Aiman Baharna.
This is a great achievement to see the specification being implemented in a real-world use case, contributing to enabling blockchain interoperability in regulated settings.

We intend to release more educational materials and thought leadership content around crucial topics such as Digital Assets and DLT interoperability in regulated settings. Our contributions in these spaces aim to promote responsible innovation and make complex concepts more accessible to enterprises.
Finally, we are exploring new collaborative opportunities with partners focused on advancing Digital Transformation for the Financial Services sector by using blockchain and DLT technologies. The months ahead promise exciting progress across our focus areas.
